Signatory of the Code of Business Ethics of F.F.M.B.E, I pay close attention to all my services and respect all my commitments. Upholding your right to intimacy and modesty, I will respect your intimacy during all of my massages.
Important precision: There is no place for any kind of negative connotation that arises from my line of work (physical and psychic relaxation) in my services. My approach is to accompany you on the path to greater well-being. Correct and respectful behavior is required. (delete line about abnormality –we dont usually use that word in ENG). I thank my regular customers for the quality of interpersonal relationships that we have established, coming to me with this intention and renewed trust.
Receiving and carrying out massages involve respect for standards of personal hygiene, both for your well-being and mine. Towels and personal protection will be provided and are clean or single-use.
In the service of the person and his/her well-being, as a practitioner member, I completely respect the Code of Business Ethics signed by the Fédération Française du Massage de Bien-Être (no need to change name of organization) that ensures my adherence to professional ethics and related techniques used.
Membership to the FFMBE requires a membership without reserve to the signed Code of Business Ethics, and compliance with the spirit and internal rules of the same federation as well as with the current laws and regulations in France.

Homework and obligations to the user
The massage practitioner has to carry out his/her work with no discrimination in regards to the private life, dignity and freedom of the user.
During his activities, the massage practitioner has to acknowledge the limits of his capacity, knowledge as well as his means.
The massage practitioner must refrain from carrying out his work in conditions, states of places that can compromise the quality of his services and dignity.
If the massage practitioner believes a user is in need of medical attention, he/she can advise the user to consult a regular doctor.
The massage practitioner must respect the basic rules of personal hygiene and clothing so as to not upset the user.
The massage practitioner must respect the right to intimacy and modesty of the user, both during his practice and during dressing and undressing.
The massage practitioner must also respect the user’s wishes and respect his/her right to keep clothes on during the session.
Integrity
The following are contrary to the values of the practice of massage relaxation:
– Refusal to provide services to an individual on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, age or religion.
– To guarantee recovery from an illness/disease.
– To be inappropriately dressed while carrying out his/her work no matter the location where he/she is practicing.
Professional secrecy
Without he is legally bound by professional secrecy (is he or is he not bound??), the massage practitioner must at all times respect the confidentiality of any piece of information obtained in the exercise of his work that could allow the identification of his customer to protect the private life, honor and reputation ofthe user.
When the massage practitioner asks a user to reveal confidential information or when he allows such information to be communicated to him, he has to ensure that the user knows
his reasons and how this information could be potentially used.
